Communication could greatly improve, particularly regarding advance queries!!! Room cleanliness needs attention, especially under the bed!!!

Modern and overall clean hotel with incredible view of the Wanchai skyline. Brand-new room, a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the room. Nice design, comfortable beds. Comfy and the best location not far from embassies and exhibition centers. A great selection of places to eat around: restaurants and bars.

booked a superior twin room with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioning. the location of the hotel was particularly good and excellent - at a short distance from wan chai.

Location excellent near exit C wan chai mtr. Clean rooms, nice modern design boutique style. Fast included in room wi fi. Would stay there again for sure.

We had a very very good stay for short business trip.

Everything was really good, so where fantastic views of the Wanchai skyline. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The location was comfortable and unbeatable - just 5 minutes' walk from Wan Chai.

I enjoyed the spacious room for a solo traveler. It provided comfort and a good night's sleep. The shower had excellent pressure and hot water right away. The view from my window of the cityscape was fantastic.

One standout feature was the hotel's proximity to the MTR. There were plenty of nearby food options, satisfying even our pickiest eater.

In my wife's opinion, the staff responsiveness could use some work. It would be great if the hotel offered more family-friendly amenities.

Clean room, comfortable bed, close location, providing free wi-fi and a 24-hour reception, is conveniently situated just a short walk from Wan Chai Station.

Convenience at the heart of city

Location is perfect, just steps away from the MTR. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was pristine.

The room was quite small, and I struggled with the cramped desk space while trying to work.

Conveniently located just steps from the subway, the room was surprisingly spacious for one person. The air conditioning worked well. The lack of personal attention due to the reception setup.

It was just a good pick for a quick stop in Hong Kong with good value for cost. The shower was really good and the room was clean. If you have luggage, consider taking a cab from the shuttle drop-off.
